Brandon Dixon is an associate in the Labor & Employment Department of Seyfarth Shaw LLP’s Chicago office.  Mr. Dixon represents and counsels employers on a diverse range of human resources and labor relations topics. His practice focuses on individual and complex employment litigation under various statutes including Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and the Fair Labor Standards Act. In addition, a portion of Mr. Dixon's practice is dedicated to labor relations matters.

Mr. Dixon has successfully tried multiple cases before juries in federal court, including matters involving allegations of sexual harassment and race discrimination under Title VII. He also has extensive experience litigating and counseling companies on joint employer issues under the NLRA and FLSA.

Mr. Dixon is actively involved in the Chicago community. He serves on the associate board of Chicago Scholars, an organization that provides guidance to first-generation college students from under-resourced areas of the city, assisting them during high school with navigating the college application process, and during their first year of college.
