Ms. Grafton is counsel in the Labor and Employment Practice Group of Seyfarth Shaw (UK) LLP.  She focuses on defending employers in employment discrimination litigation, with an emphasis on class action and multi-plaintiff cases.  She also represents employers in a wide variety of state and federal employment matters, including harassment claims, drug testing, FCRA, breach of contract, and wage and hour lawsuits.  

Additionally, Ms. Grafton focuses on conducting cross-border investigations in a lead neutral investigator capacity, including investigations conducted in the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Germany, and Turkey, regarding discrimination, harassment, bullying, and other employment-related allegations.  Ms. Grafton also counsels management and human resources professionals on various workplace issues, including handling accommodation requests and managing employee performance.

Ms. Grafton is a former member of the Board of Directors for the National Runaway Switchboard, the federally designated national communications system for runaway and homeless youth.  She was recognized by Super Lawyers as a 2011 “Rising Star” in Illinois.
