Cheryl Gardner is an attorney in the Immigration Practice Group of Seyfarth Shaw LLP’s Washington, D.C. office.

Ms. Gardner has extensive experience representing a variety of clients in corporate immigration matters.  She advises foreign nationals and companies in the preparation and filing of employment-based immigrant and non-immigrant visa petitions as well as adjustment of status applications.  She also has extensive experience drafting responses to complex Requests for Evidence.

Prior to focusing her career on immigration matters, Ms. Gardner practiced a broad range of civil and criminal matters as a solo practitioner for four (4) years in North Carolina.  She also served as Senior Editor of the North Carolina Central Law Review and held a position on the Moot Court board.
