More About Ethan

Ethan zealously advocates for his clients. He represents employers in all aspects of labor and employment litigation, from single-plaintiff cases to nationwide collective actions, with a focus on claims arising under federal and state wage and hour laws.

Ethan understands that effective advocacy is not a one-size-fits-all approach. He is a creative thinker who develops solutions to complex legal problems and has obtained favorable results for clients in high-stakes litigation matters.

Prior to joining Seyfarth, Ethan served as a law clerk for the Honorable Graham C. Mullen in the US District Court for the Western District of North Carolina. Ethan received his law degree from Duke University School of Law, where he served as editor-in-chief for the Duke Environmental Law and Policy Forum.
