Ingrid has extensive real estate-related litigation experience. Her practice includes disputes involving boards of condominiums and cooperatives, individual unit owners and shareholders, sponsors, building owners, architects, engineers, and sales and marketing agents. She also litigates general commercial, construction and corporate law matters.
In addition to her litigation experience, Ingrid provides general counseling to boards and property managers of condominiums and cooperatives, and litigation avoidance counseling to sponsors of new construction and conversion projects. She serves as an arbitrator for New York County Civil Court, and has served on the Judicial Screening Panel for the First District, which considers applicants seeking to become judges in New York County Civil Court.
