Jeremy Corapi is an associate in the International Employment Law Practice in Seyfarth Shaw LLP’s New York office.

Jeremy has extensive experience representing a broad range of businesses and industries in navigating their international employment law challenges.  Jeremy’s international employment law work has spanned more than 60 countries and ranged from guiding clients on their largest and most challenging international transactions to counseling clients on their day-to-day global employment law and human resource needs.  

Jeremy regularly advises clients on all aspects of international employment law including: hiring and termination decisions (individual and large-scale reductions in force), restrictive covenants, preparation and enforcement of employment agreements and policies, data privacy and protection issues, workplace discrimination and harassment, internal investigations, wage & hour laws, facility closings, outsourcing arrangements, works councils, employee restructurings, and employee transfers and relocations.  Jeremy also regularly advises on matters involving organized and unionized workplaces and has experience litigating labor and employment claims in state and federal court.
