Kaveh Dabashi is an associate in the Labor & Employment department in the New York office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP.

Mr. Dabashi represents employers in single-plaintiff litigation, particularly defending management against claims of discrimination, harassment and retaliation under federal, state and city laws.  He also represents management in wage and hour disputes under federal and state laws.

While in law school, Mr. Dabashi served as a senior staff member of the St. John’s Law Review and as a Teaching Assistant for Legal Writing.  He also served as a judicial intern for Hon. A. Kathleen Tomlinson in the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of New York.
