Navid Morè is an Associate in the Real Estate department in the Downtown Los Angeles Office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP, where he handles a variety of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions and financing transactions for real estate funds, financial institutions and other institutional clients.  Mr. Morè has advised clients operating a broad range of property types, including office, retail, industrial, multi-family, hospitality and mixed-use. 

He has represented institutional owners and operators on hundreds of millions of dollars of acquisitions, dispositions and financing for properties in California, Washington, Oregon, Arizona, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Texas, New Mexico and Colorado.

Mr. Morè also has experience handling a wide range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and equity financings, as well as advising clients on general corporate matters.

Mr. Morè earned his Juris Doctor from Northwestern University School of Law in 2011.  During law school, Mr. Morè advocated for the rights of investors as a student advocate at the Bluhm Legal Clinic's Investor Protection Center.  Mr. Morè earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 2006 from the University of California, Berkeley's Haas School of Business.
