Raymond Tran is an associate in the Real Estate Department of Seyfarth Shaw LLP’s Atlanta office.

As a member of the Real Estate Practice Group, he represents clients in all facets of transactions involving the leasing, acquisition, disposition, financing, reinvestment, and development of commercial real estate, including multi-family, retail, office, and industrial assets. Prior to practicing law, Raymond was a Fulbright Scholar in China, and a business consultant for Chinese and international businesses across 3 continents and 12 countries.

Raymond leverages his background to contribute to the firm’s other practice groups, including the Cannabis, Blockchain, and International teams. He is an alumni of the interdisciplinary Technology Law TI:GER program between Emory Law and Georgia Tech, and active in the Atlanta international and legal community.

Raymond is fluent in Chinese (Putonghua/Mandarin, and Cantonese).
