Stacey focuses on employment discrimination, harassment, and retaliation litigation, including the representation of a wide variety of clients and corporate management against race, sex, age, and disability claims in federal and state courts and before various administrative agencies. Stacey also has extensive experience litigating single-plaintiff and collective and class actions under the FLSA and state wage and hour laws.  

Stacey routinely counsels clients outside of the litigation context, providing advice regarding various legal aspects of the employee/employer relationship, including hiring, discipline, termination, leave, exempt classification, pay, and compliance issues.
