Stephanie has defended employers against a wide variety of claims, including harassment, discrimination, whistleblowing, retaliation, wage-hour violations, before state and federal courts and government agencies. Stephanie's experience also includes providing preventative advice and counseling to employers on day-to-day issues such as investigations, terminations, leaves of absence, wage issues, restrictive covenants, handbooks, and personnel policies. Stephanie's current practice is focused on the defense of single-plaintiff claims of discrimination, retaliation, and harassment.
