Timothy Calica is an attorney in the Immigration Practice Group of Seyfarth Shaw LLP’s Los Angeles office.

Mr. Calica has experience in the preparation and filing of both nonimmigrant (including B, E, H, L, O, and TN) and immigrant (including PERM applications, outstanding researcher cases, and multinational executive cases) visa petitions on behalf of client companies of varying sizes and industries. His experience also includes preparing Adjustment of Status Applications, Applications for Naturalization, responses to complex Requests for Evidence, responses to Notices of Intent to Deny, and Motions to Reopen and Reconsider. Mr. Calica also possesses experience with LCA audits and I-9 compliance review.

Prior to joining the firm as a law clerk in 2016, Mr. Calica served as a law clerk with another large international immigration firm. While in law school, Mr. Calica worked as a Certified Law Clerk for the Loyola Immigrant Justice Clinic and provided pro bono assistance to vulnerable immigrant populations. In addition, Mr. Calica earned first honor awards for the highest grade in Business Immigration and Accounting for Lawyers.
