Vlada Feldman is a Law Clerk in the Labor & Employment Department of Seyfarth Shaw LLP’s New York office.

Ms. Feldman’s practice focuses on a combination of single-plaintiff and complex litigation matters, defending management against claims of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation under federal, state, and local laws.  Ms. Feldman also counsels and advises clients on new developments in the law, and has revised Employee Handbooks and policies to ensure compliance.

Ms. Feldman is a frequent contributor to Seyfarth’s blogs and firm publications.

Ms. Feldman joined the firm initially as part of the Labor & Employment Department’s Fellowship program, an innovative training-focused program for law students with an affinity for labor and employment law. 

While in law school Ms. Feldman worked as an intern for the Honorable Paul G. Gardephe, United States District Judge for the Southern District of New York.  She also worked as an extern in the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Massachusetts in the Affirmative Civil Enforcement Unit.  Ms. Feldman also spent spring break volunteering with the United Community Housing Coalition through Michigan Legal Services where she counseled and assisted indigent clients facing tax foreclosure on repayment plans, exemptions, and interest-reduction programs.
