Michael Baniak Presenting at Industrial Research Institute’s Fall Multi-Networks Meeting
“Ensuring Freedom to Operate”
Imagine yourself in a room full of people who have faced the same challenges as you. They have struggled to integrate product roadmaps with the innovation portfolio or to communicate the value of open innovation to their companies...and they overcame these challenges and will show you how they did it at the Industrial Research Institute (IRI) Fall Multi-Network Meeting in Milwaukee, WI.
On Monday, Sept. 15, Intellectual Property partner Michael Baniak will be presenting “Ensuring Freedom to Operate” at the Fall 2014 Multi-Networks Meeting of the Industrial Research Institute (IRI). Michael's presentation is part of the Intellectual Assets Management Network.
IRI is an organization of 200+ industrial and service companies, with members drawn largely from management and administration roles in companies involved in technological innovation. Michael will be speaking about how to protect the company against outside IP challenges as new technology is being developed or adopted, new trademarks are being considered, and copyright issues are being confronted.
