Attendance is limited to ACC-A members. The cost for the CLE seminar, buffet dinner at the 755 Club, and the game is only $20 per person. Registration is limited to the first 65 paid registrants.

Seyfarth Shaw LLP is applying to the Georgia Commission on Continuing Legal Competency for two hours of Georgia CLE credit. Seyfarth Shaw LLP has generously agreed to cover the Georgia CLE fee for all who attend and sign the CLE sign-in sheet.

Protecting Your Executive Suite is a two hour interactive seminar discussing the new standards under Internal Revenue Code Section 409A and a company's obligation to re-examine and modify existing executive pay arrangements, including employment and severance arrangements, deferred compensation, supplemental retirement plans and equity-based plans before year-end. Find out how to reduce tax penalty exposure and get into compliance. This event's featured speakers are Stuart Newman, Sue Stoffer and Fritz Smith, attorneys with Seyfarth Shaw. Dinner at the 755 Club and the Braves v. Blue Jays will follow the seminar. Game seating will be on the Lexus Level, Section 326, Rows 1-7.
