AIHce 2007 Conference

Craig B. Simonsen will be a presenter and Andrew H. Perellis will be a moderator at the upcoming AIHce 2007 Conference.  This EHS crossover presentation, entitled Essentials of Enviornmental Law, will provide an overview of the major federal environmental laws and regulatory programs. For instance, the session will briefly overview the key provisions of the Clean Air Act, the Clean Water Act, the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, the Toxic Substances Control Act, the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act, the Emergency Planning and Community Right to Know Act, the Endangered Species Act, and the National Environmental Policy Act.
