Stanley Jutkowitz a Panelist for ALM Webinar “Legalized Cannabis is Big Business”

Stanley Jutkowitz, senior counsel in Seyfarth's Corporate department, is serving as a panelist on the ALM webinar “Legalized Cannabis is Big Business” on October 24. Cannabis-touching companies operating as growers, manufacturers, distributors and retailers face many of the same issues as other commercial enterprises in addition to a number of unique risks due to the nature of their business. The gradual legalization of medical and recreational marijuana by individual states means that regulations differ from state to state. The panel will take an in-depth look at the types of coverage required by these various entities, their unique risks and the opportunities they present for insurers looking to expand their coverage products.
