Alison Ashford to Present at American Bar Association's Forum on the Construction Industry

Seyfarth partner Alison Ashford is presenting Contracting Outside the AIA: Lessons from EPC Contracting and International Construction at the American Bar Association's Forum on the Construction Industry on Thursday, October 5. 

The program canvasses experiences from the world of international construction and manuscript contracting that may be of benefit to the U.S. contracting community. Relevant issues discussed include EPC contracting, civil code concepts, forms of contract in foreign jurisdiction, Public Private Partnerships, and the growing international use of adjudication.
