Seyfarth Shaw is excited to Sponsor the 2015 CDFA Illinois Financing Roundtable Conference, hosted in Seyfarth's Chicago office. The full agenda for the conference is now online.  This event will feature a number of economic development finance experts from around the state discussing new development finance tools, authorities, resources and approaches, and how these can affect the Illinois economy going forward.

We hope you can join Seyfarth attorneys Robert Winner and Alan Kennard, along with a robust line-up of additional presenters active in the Illinois financing market, for this one-day conference covering the following topics:

  • Public-Private Partnership: Getting it Right
  • Market Watch – The Economic Development Climate in Illinois
  • Redevelopment and Targeted Financing Strategies
    - Alan L. Kennard, Moderator
  • Opportunities in Debt & Capital Markets Financing
  • Growing Investment in Local Food Systems
  • Let's Make a Deal!
    - Robert S. Winner, Moderator

Let's Make a Deal!

During this final, interactive session, presenters will overview programs that need financing with hopes to strike a deal. If you are currently looking for financing on a project, contact CDFA to be eligible to share your project. If you are looking to underwrite or fund a project, come learn about the deals available. After the presentations are complete, that's when the deal-making will begin. The session will transition into an interactive networking event to match the projects with financing.

Breakfast and lunch will be provided.  A cocktail and networking reception will directly follow the program.

We hope to see you there!
