Seyfarth to Host and Michael Rechtin to Present at CRE Finance Council Seminar, “Data Centers: The Basics and Issues of An Expanding Asset Class”

Seyfarth Shaw LLP is a sponsor and host of the CRE Finance Council Seminar entitled “Data Centers: The Basics and Issues of An Expanding Asset Class” on October 9, 2018.

Michael Rechtin, a partner in Seyfarth’s Real Estate department and chair of the firm's Data Center Services group, will moderate the presentation focused on data centers, a new type of asset class in real estate. Participants will hear from a panel of experts in the industry as to why this is no longer an outlier asset class, recent data center trends and industry forecasts, what makes a data center different from other types of real estate classes, and the unique risks of being a lender on data centers and how best to mitigate that risk.
