Please join us for the third in a series of planned webinars presented by members of our California Workplace Solutions group.  In this webinar, we will provide a light to guide you through the storm of leave requirements and protections that impact California employers, with a particular emphasis on leaves related to an employee’s own medical issues and how to navigate the interactive process for reasonable accommodation of disabilities.  We also will discuss the new California leave laws passed in 2010.
