Jay Carle is scheduled to participate in two roundtable discussions at “The Exchange” eDiscovery Forum on June 13-14 in Chicago. “The Exchange” is a highly interactive event that provides practical advice on major eDiscovery challenges and gives participants the ability to interact with leaders in the eDiscovery arena.

Jay’s first session, “Rule 34 Amendments in Practice,” takes place on June 13. This session will cover the heightened specificity required in discovery responses, production deadlines, and the frequency that the amendments are overlooked in practice. His final session, “Ethics in eDiscovery,” is on June 14. This session will discuss privilege protection, clawback agreements, ethics of social media posting and interactions, and the duty to supervise lawyers and non-lawyers.
