Dealing with Water - Public Participation & Legislation

Craig Simonsen will present a paper on an "Overview of the Clean Water Act, Including Its Implementation and Interpretation," on the "Water Rights & Water Quality" track, at the 2006 Annual Conference of the National Association of Environmental Professionals on April 26th.
