Seyfarth Shaw LLP is a sponsor of the sixth annual Global Institutional Real Estate Investor Forum taking place in New York, NY on December 11 -12.

 

David Warburg, a partner in Seyfarth’s Corporate department and member of the firm's Institutional Investor practice group, is moderating a panel, "Navigating Fund Operations & Formation Including Regulatory and Structural Considerations," on December 11.

 

The panel will discuss the key structural considerations and legal complexities of forming, launching and operating a real estate fund. The panel will also look at recent regulatory developments that have impacted fund managers and investors with respect to fees and expenses, co-investments and conflict of interest.
