38th Annual Intellectual Property Institute

Join attorneys Robert Milligan and James McNairy at the State Bar of California Intellectual Property Law Section's "IP Institute" in Berkeley on November 7-9.  Experts will cover a wide range of IP law topics from the Future of the Entertainment Industry in a World of Bit-Torrents and Piracy, to a Year in Review of the Federal Circuit, to Avoiding Common Pitfalls with Startups for entrepreneurs and their counsel.  There will be a literary luncheon with author Sheldon Siegel, who is the bestselling author of seven courtroom dramas.  The networking events this year will not disappoint.  There will be a craft beer tasting reception on Thursday night, the Vanguard Dinner, which honors leaders at the forefront of Intellectual Property, and the Cal v.
