Jay Carle, Partner in the eDiscovery and Information Governance group will participate in 2 panels at the Sixth Annual Innovation in E-Discovery Conference on February 27, 2019. The first, “Update on Mandatory Initial Discovery Pilot Program (MIDPP), Northern District of Illinois,” will discuss the first year’s experiences of the pilot, and several other MIDPP Projects. The second panel, “Strategies to Control the Escalating Cost of Litigation and Investigations,” will dive into the cost of E-Discovery, ways to measure performance and value, and other cost related topics.
