Jay Carle to participate in panel, “E-Discovery and ESI for Employment Lawyers” at the American Bar Association’s Federal Labor Standards Legislation Committee Midwinter Meeting
 
The Federal Labor Standards Legislation Committee has jurisdiction over certain statutes administered, or formerly administered by the U.S. Department of Labor.
 
Jay C. Carle from the eDiscovery and Information Governance Practice Group will participate in a panel discussion on “E-Discovery and ESI for Employment Lawyers” on Thursday, February 22. The panel is part of the American Bar Association’s Federal Labor Standards Legislation Committee Midwinter Meeting.
 
The panel will discuss how to effectively tackle numerous issues including social media, technology assisted review tools, avoiding or asserting e-spoliation, and important updates to the new discovery protocols for FLSA litigation. Members of the panel also include Hon. Andrew J. Peck of the S.D.N.Y., Amanda Farahany from Barrett & Farahany, and Eric Robinson from KLDiscovery.
