On December 3, 2018 Senior Counsel Kathleen McConnell of the eDiscovery and Information Governance group will present at the Ingenious IG3 West Conference in Huntington Beach, California. Kathleen will speak on “Storytelling In The Age Of eDiscovery,” with Sarah Knight. Sarah is Senior Counsel for Privacy, Cybersecurity, and Information Governance at Gilead Sciences.

The theme of this year’s conference is “Good Information Governance: Your Best Cybersecurity Defense.” Kathleen and Sarah’s presentation will discuss the challenges trial attorneys face in telling a persuasive story to a jury with an abundance of electronic data and digital evidence. Attendees will learn how to better to work with their eDiscovery team on separating the essential wheat from the eDiscovery chaff to craft a compelling story.
