In today's challenging and uncertain economic climate, sharing knowledge about market norms, best practices, trends and developments is a critical part of every lending professional's job.  Yet the opportunities for lenders to come together solely with their peers are rare.

With that in mind, Seyfarth Shaw would like to invite you to an off-the-record, informal networking event exclusively for commercial finance lenders. The evening will begin with a roundtable discussion to review the year thus far and consider what may lay ahead for the remainder of 2012.

We will reflect on the following:

  • How are lenders confronting economic uncertainty and protecting  themselves against shocks?
  • Will the demand for credit from credit-worthy borrowers increase?
  • Will syndication markets remain fluid?
  • What industries are in trouble and how are borrowers in those industries reorganizing?

The roundtable discussion will be followed by a cocktail reception where the dialogue and networking can continue on a one-on-one basis.  We hope you will be able to join us for our first lenders roundtable and networking event.
