Over the past several months, sexual harassment claims have swept the nation from Hollywood to Capitol Hill and created a movement. Day by day, more people are raising allegations of sexual harassment in the workplace.
Please join us for an interactive discussion centered around policy, new methods of training and complying with new legislation to effectively combat sexual harassment.
The discussion will include:
- Implementing policies and communication that encourage and lead to clearer reporting and increased bystander support
- Facilitating manager and employee training to increase accountability
- Better monitoring of workplace behavior
- Policies relating to “consensual dating” and “love contracts”
-
Effectiveness of corporate hotlines
The HR Forum is structured as a series of small-group, interactive discussions focused on the issues you deal with on a regular basis. Please come early to enjoy a networking reception, in addition to the roundtable discussion.
