Leon Rodriguez to Present at AHLA's 2019 Physicians and Hospitals Law Institute

Leon Rodriguez, partner of Seyfarth’s Labor & Employment department, co-chair of the firm's Immigration Compliance and Enforcement Team, chair of the firm’s Health Care Regulatory and Compliance Affinity Group, and a co-chair of the Health Care Privacy, Security and HIPAA Affinity Group, will present on HIPAA Enforcement at the AHLA's Physicians and Hospitals Law Institute at the Grand Hyatt San Antonio during the event February 4 - February 6, 2019.  

 

The Physicians and Hospitals Law Institute will focus on legal challenges faced by physicians and their counsel, the legal challenges faced by hospitals and health systems and their counsel, and the legal issues of interest to both segments of the health care delivery system. Topic areas covered at this program include physician arrangements, compliance, fair market value, fraud, transactions, medical staff issues, and our featured health information and technology track.
