This discussion will provide an update on Qualified Opportunity Zones the continued trend in real estate investment, given their tax treatment under the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017. With new regulations and recent guidance issued by Treasury and the IRS, investors are considering Qualified Opportunity Funds as an emerging real estate strategy.
