The Computer Fraud and Abuse Act: What You Need to Know

The third webinar will focus on the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA), a federal statute that has been used for almost a decade to obtain injunctive relief against, and impose liability on, employees who steal or interfere with a company’s electronic information.
