On Wednesday, February 9, Steve Pearlman will provide an overview of two key employment laws that will impact the manner in which employment attorneys conduct business in the time ahead: the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act and the Genetic Information Non-Discrimination Act (GINA).

The EEOC just recently issued final regulations to GINA, Congress recently passed the Dodd-Frank Act and the Securities and Exchange Commission recently issued proposed regulations regarding the "bounty" features of the Dodd-Frank Act's whistleblower provisions. Compliance with GINA is complicated and the Dodd-Frank Act has raised the stakes in the whistleblower arena.

Steve will comment on the final GINA regulations and proposed regulations to the Dodd-Frank Act and provide practical advice to both sides of the bar.
