University of California-Davis King Hall Outreach Program

William D. Bishop, associate in the Sacramento office, will be speaking at the upcoming University of California-Davis King Hall Outreach Program.  His presentation, Overview of Federal Laws Prohibiting Job Discrimination, will encompass a general overview of Title VII, EPA, ADEA, ADA, and other federal laws that prohibit job discrimination.  The presentation may also touch on the differences under California Law.
