Since the beginning of 2018, the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (“OFCCP”) has taken a number of steps to make good on its promise to work with, rather than against, the contractor community.  From conducting meetings with stakeholders and representatives of the of the employer community to publishing the methodology that was used to select establishments for compliance evaluations, every indication is that the OFCCP’s dedication to transparency is genuine.  However, in its efforts to show that it means to be a good-faith partner with employers, the agency has issued a record number of Directives which have left contractors with questions about what it means for their compliance efforts.

We will unpack the new Directives and announcements that the OFCCP has made over the past year and explain how all of the pieces fit together to help give contractors a better understanding of not just the individual trees, but of the forest as well.

Topics will include:

  • Revised Compliance Review Process
  • Section 503/VEVRAA Focused Reviews
  • “New” Directive on Analyzing Compensation
  • AAP Verification
  • Proposed FAAP Directive
