Join us as we discuss two new decisions that affect how California employers evaluate (a) classification of workers as independent contractors versus employees, for wage and hour purposes, and (b) class action waivers in arbitration agreements.  During the first half of our program, our experts will discuss the California Supreme Court’s ruling in Dyamex and the “ABC” test for contractor status.  The second half of the program will be devoted to understanding the impact of the recent U.S. Supreme Court decision in Epic Systems v. Lewis on California arbitration agreements.
