Gregory White, a partner in Seyfarth’s Corporate Department and a Steering Committee member of its Capital Markets Practice Group, who also co-chairs the firm’s EB-5 Immigrant Investment Specialty Team, is co-presenting “EB-5 as a Component of the Capital Stack” during CDFA and IIUSA's Intro EB-5 Finance WebCourse on March 24, 2016.
Financing economic development projects requires a careful structuring of several sources, often including bonds, tax credits, loan funds, and other sources. This session will explain various structures using EB-5, look at how to balance equity vs. loan models, and how the jobs requirement fits into the overall planning process.
