Gregory White to Serve as Panelist for EB5 Diligence Webinar “The Investment Company Act”

Gregory White, a partner in Seyfarth’s Corporate Department and a Steering Committee member of its Capital Markets Practice Group, who also co-chairs the firm’s EB-5 Immigrant Investment Specialty Team, will serve as a panelist for the EB5 Diligence webinar “The Investment Company Act” on July 29, 2015. The webinar will discuss how the Investment Company Act applies to EB-5 offerings and what exemptions are available to Issuers.
