Government Contracts attorneys Kevin Connelly and Joe Dyer, with Jim Winner (Vice President & General Counsel, ITT Exelis Information Systems), will present at the WMACCA Government Contracts Forum on "Successfully Navigate the Federal Government Bid Protest Process When Protesting or Protecting a Contract Award."

The presentation will provide corporate counsel with a detailed understanding of the federal government bid protest process, and will discuss numerous technical and practical issues they should be aware of or that they may need to discuss with their business clients.

The presentation will address:

  • The most common questions that clients have asked over the last 25 years
  • Effective use of the protest process to accomplish business goals and to better position your company for award
  • The importance of intervening into a protest if your contract award is being challenged
  • Tricks of the trade and the key procedural and substantive issues that can make or break a protest
