Seyfarth's ADA Title III data was referenced in a July 11 story from Crain’s New York Business, "Letter from Congress could affect local industry around ADA lawsuits," on how there's big business at New York's federal courts in suing companies whose websites are unusable by the blind. According to Seyfarth's data, 335 ADA website lawsuits, or more than 40% of all cases, were filed last year in New York's federal courts. You can read the full article here.
