Marshall Babson quoted in Bloomberg Law

Marshall Babson was quoted in a May 22 story from Bloomberg Law, "NLRB Moves Quietly to Reverse Pro-Worker Arbitration Rule." Babson said that the idea that the parties agree to arbitration but the board can come in after a decision is reached by an arbitrator and second-guess it as inconsistent with the statute is a total misunderstanding.
