Brett Bartlett was quoted in a November 22 story from Bloomberg Law, "U.S. Drivers Suing Uber Hope U.K. Ruling Ripples Across the Pond," on how a regulatory tribunal across the Atlantic may have given U.S. drivers suing Uber a slight boost in their claim that they aren’t independent contractors.
