Karen Bitar was quoted in a September 1 story from Business Insurance, "Coverage Battles Over Abuse Suits Loom." On New York's Child Victims Act, Bitar said that New York was previously viewed as having one of the toughest statue of limitations in the country. She said this is a complete sea change for the state.
