Ben Briggs was quoted in a July 25 story from Construction Dive, "Employer or employee: Who's to blame for OSHA violations?" While there is no mechanism for OSHA to issue a citation to employees who refuse to follow company safety rules, said Briggs, they can be charged criminally in some cases.
