Lawrence Lorber was quoted in a March 18 story from Bloomberg Law, "Employers Doubt Pay Equity Goals Outweigh Data Security Risks," on the security v. litigation concerns. But with the new pay information requirement, employers can no longer shun demands for pay data under the guise of burden, Lorber said, even in litigation proceedings related to equal pay.
