Lawrence Lorber was quoted in a May 24 story from Law360, "DOL Contractor Watchdog Eyeing Religious Liberty Rule." Lorber said that not many government contractors qualify as privately held, religiously affiliated or religiously directed organizations, so effects might be limited if the rule uses the same parameters as the policy directive that preceded it. But the rule may not look exactly like the directive.
