Peter Talibart quoted in the International Bar Association

Peter Talibart was quoted in a November 29 story from the International Bar Association, "Pimlico plumber’s passport to worker status should ring alarm bells for company lawyers," on the Supreme Court’s decision and what in-house lawyers should be looking out for in this area. Talibart said that for companies whose business model is the deployment of people that they believe are self-employed, then the case highlights the risk of operating on the basis of that assumption without testing it.
