Annette Tyman was quoted in a May 16 story from SHRM, "Employers: Don’t Forget that Some EEO-1 Data Are Still Due May 31." Tyman said that in light of the upcoming Component 2 filing requirements, employers may want to consider using the last payroll period of 2018 for the Component 1 snapshot that is due May 31.
