Howard Wexler quoted in Business Insurance

Seyfarth's Howard Wexler was quoted in a November 4 story from Business Insurance, "Overtime ruling’s scope questioned," on how the narrow U.S. Supreme Court ruling this year that says car dealership service advisers are exempt from being paid overtime is influencing lower courts to rule other occupations exempt from overtime as well. Wexler said that the key here for those employers who are worried about defending these claims is the Supreme Court’s ruling is trickling down to the appellate courts.
